The rare Earth elements found in AlloWeld increase color contrast so you can better determine puddling and temperature of the material you are working with. AlloWeld is made from high-quality, distortion-free German glass which offers the great scratch resistance and durability that comes with all glass lenses. AlloWeld meets the same ANSI welding lens standards but the lens color is of a dark emerald green and is offered in shade 4, 5, 6 and 8.
