It involves the stationary placement of one metal piece while the other is moved against it, generating heat in the process. This unique approach enables the joining of dissimilar metals, such as Aluminum and Steel, making it highly sought after in industries like aerospace engineering.

Ultrasonic Welding, on the other hand, achieves fusion by clamping two pieces together and introducing ultrasonic waves in parallel to their surfaces. This meticulously orchestrated procedure eliminates surface films and initiates atomic-level bonding between the two materials.
